Hammer - Offhand

The Hammer is the tanks bread and butter allowing huge crowd control abilities, buffs and debuffs.

Rotations

  • Open with Shockwave

  • Armor Breaker to rend enemies

  • Clearout cc enemies if required

  • Use These Abilities on Cd to apply debuffs then switch straight back to your main hand , hammer dps is very low so you don’t want to be main handing the hammer unless you really need the crowd control.

Weapons

There are many named hammers which are suitable but the main perk you are looking for is sundering Shockwave , refreshing move then a damage con like trenchant strikes, recovery, rend, enchanted or something like plagues strikes.
