  • Open With Orb to rend mobs

  • Tether the strongest enemy To Empower yourself

  • Use Scream in disease or cc needed Then Switch to main hand quickly.

  • If you have a healer actually using their vg you can switch orb to rupture or if scream is not needed switch scream for orb

  • Distained Infliction /Rogue / Vicious/

  • Weapon perk to match dungeon, take scream if its nature week, Refreshing Rupture if taking Rupture ect.
